Fred Ahlstrom,

a founding principal of Juliet Companies, leads a team of experienced professionals on each project from initial site acquisition and planning, through infrastructure and building construction, to sales and asset management.

Prior to co-founding Juliet Companies, Mr. Ahlstrom worked as Vice President of Construction for Falcon Homes and Vice President of Construction for Lincoln Property Company‘s Nevada operation. Additionally, Mr. Ahlstrom owned and operated his own contracting business, specializing in commercial building and single-family residential construction.

Mr. Ahlstrom is a lifelong resident of Southern Nevada and has been a licensed Nevada contractor since 1973. His principle involvement includes the past and current development and construction of more than 14,000 residential units in addition to 3 million square feet in commercial property.

Jay Bingham,

a founding principal of Juliet Companies, is a former North Las Vegas City Councilman and Clark County Commissioner Chairman.

During his tenure with Clark County, Mr. Bingham gained a reputation for being a consensus builder and facilitating cooperation between local governments on regional issues such as growth, water and transportation. He served on many boards including the Southern Nevada Water Authority, Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, and Regional Flood Control District.

Mr. Bingham is a lifelong resident of Southern Nevada. Today, he continues to serve on several local committees, is a past member of the Board of Fellows for Southern Utah University, and present member of the BYU President Leadership Council.

Jim Betz,

a founding principal of Juliet Companies, graduated with honors from Indiana University with a degree in finance and Magna Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego. Prior to entering the real estate development business, Mr. Betz was a real estate transactional attorney and managing partner of his law firm in Oceanside, California.

Mr. Betz’s experience includes an intimate familiarity with the structuring of acquisitions and the financing of real estate transactions, as well as the governmental entitlements process for real estate development projects and the negotiation of commercial leasing in retail, office and industrial projects. He has also managed the master planning of large mixed use redevelopment projects together with assemblage and financing issues related to those projects.

Mr. Betz is currently a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the California State Bar. In addition, he is also a member of the Advisory Board of H.E.L.P. of Southern Nevada.

John Stewart,

a principal of Juliet Companies, fully manages all land acquisition and commercial ventures from their initial conception through construction to the lease-up and asset management of each project. Additionally, Mr. Stewart has general oversight for the negotiation of commercial leasing as well as securing acquisition, construction, and permanent financing for all commercial and residential projects. His principle involvement includes the past and current development of more than 3 million square feet in commercial property.

Mr. Stewart graduated with honors from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a minor emphasis in Business Management.

Mr. Stewart is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP). He currently serves as a member of of the City of Henderson Development Advisory Board.

Jason Ahlstrom,

a principal of Juliet Companies, is primarily responsible for the general oversight of real estate brokerage activities, property management, and legal affairs. Additionally, Mr. Ahlstrom is responsible for the oversight of residential and industrial development.

Mr. Ahlstrom holds a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law. He studied construction management at Brigham Young University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree.

Mr. Ahlstrom is a lifelong resident of Southern Nevada and has been licensed to practice real estate since 1999. Mr. Ahlstrom’s has been actively involved in the marketing and development of more than 1,200 residential units in addition to managing over 2 million square feet of commercial property.

Justin Ahlstrom,

a principal of Juliet Companies, is primarily responsible for the general oversight of all construction activities of Juliet Property Company and J & F Construction.

Mr. Ahlstrom is a lifelong resident of Southern Nevada and is a licensed Nevada and California contractor. He has received numerous certifications from the International Code Council including commercial building inspector, residential building inspector, residential plumbing inspector, and residential mechanical inspector. Mr. Ahlstrom is also a certified document technologist and is currently being considered for his master project manager certification.

His principle involvement includes the past and current development and construction of the thousands of residential units and millions of square feet of commercial property we have completed or are currently completing. Justin Ahlstrom also holds a Nevada Broker-Salesperson/Property Manager real estate license.

Jeb Betz,

is the leasing manager of Juliet Realty Group, primarily responsible for the procurement of tenants and subsequent lease negotiations. Mr. Betz began his commercial real estate career as a marketing specialist at CB Richard Ellis, where he worked on San Diego’s top producing brokerage team. Following that, he moved to Colliers International as a broker specializing in Landlord representation in central San Diego County – working closely with the major owners and developers of the market. He later joined Juliet Companies to manage the sales and leasing of the companies’ commercial portfolio.

Mr. Betz graduated from the University of San Diego and is a licensed real estate professional in Nevada and California. Mr. Betz is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) &National Association of Industrial and Office Properties , (NAIOP),.
